Robert McInnis

Lead Ambassador

“I chose to be an ambassador after working my first Memorial 3 Gun match and hearing the stories of the Gold Star and Surviving families. These families gave the ultimate sacrifice, and at that point I decided to be a part of this foundation.”

Jeffrey Abraham

Ambassador

“Supporting Gold Star and Surviving families and honoring fallen soldiers is critically important to me because it acknowledges the profound sacrifice made by those who gave their lives in service to our country. It offers solace and recognition to families who have endured immense loss, ensuring their loved ones’ sacrifices are never forgotten. By being an ambassador, I am provided the opportunity to bring attention to those we lost and their families, to honor and remember their bravery and to show respect and gratitude for the freedoms and safety they helped secure.”

“My name is Varick Beise. I am a professional competitive shooter competing in multiple action shooting disciplines both nationally and internationally. I have been fortunate to spend time over the last several years working with the Memorial 3 Gun community. I became an ambassador because of the respect I have for the men and women who serve this country and with the hope of continuing to help the Gold Star and Surviving families of those in the Special Operations community who paid the ultimate sacrifice. I hope to honor the soldiers and their families, making sure that they are never forgotten. Remember. Honor. Memorialize.”

“I became an ambassador for Memorial 3 Gun to give back to a competitive shooting community that has profoundly shaped my personal and professional growth. This platform allows me to advocate for safe, high-level multi-gun sports while mentoring both new and experienced shooters on and off the clock. By representing the organization, I aim to foster an inclusive, supportive environment that elevates the sport and inspires the next generation of competitors.”

Phillip Buys, Memorial Valor Foundation Ambassador

Phillip Buys

Ambassador

“I started shooting competition in 2020 to train more between contracts overseas and instantly got addicted to pursuing excellence in the craft. I am a prior Marine infantry mortarman and forward observer. With my career choices over the last decade, I was instantly drawn to what Memorial 3 Gun did for the Gold Star and Surviving families back home, and I knew I wanted to be a part of something that impactful. Being part of the M3G family is one of the best things I have had the privilege of doing. Now I am a husband, father and firefighter in the state of Tennessee. Pursue excellence; stay strong.”

Jason Deal, Memorial Valor Foundation Ambassador

Jason Deal

Ambassador

“The main reason I support the Memorial 3 Gun Foundation is to support the Gold Star and Surviving families of our fallen SOF brothers and sisters. I enjoy the opportunity to give back to them through the shooting sports and being able to interact with them and hear their stories and the stories of those they’ve lost. The Foundation is a truly unique approach to remembering, honoring and memorializing our fallen heroes and ensuring their loved ones know they will NEVER be forgotten.”

Dave Gaucher, Memorial Valor Foundation Ambassador

Dave Gaucher

Ambassador

“I first became aware of the Memorial 3 Gun Foundation in 2018, shortly following the inaugural match, the same year we lost my cousin, Marine Capt. Sam Phillips, in the Warhorse 41 crash. I immediately registered for the 2019 match and submitted my application to represent the Foundation as an ambassador. I’m blessed to have continued in that role, as I am keenly aware of how important it is for Gold Star and Surviving families to know that their fallen soldiers’ names are never forgotten. So we say their names.”

Joseph Grohs, Memorial Valor Foundation Ambassador

Joseph Grohs

Ambassador

“I became an ambassador because Memorial 3 Gun is one of the very few organizations that directly supports Gold Star and Surviving families. Gold Star and Surviving families are often overlooked, and this organization is one of the few that offers direct support to these families. I’m beyond proud to represent this organization and support the families that have given so much for this nation.”

LaMar Hemric, Memorial Valor Foundation Ambassador

LaMar Hemric

Ambassador

“As I transitioned away from an operational role, I found myself looking for a renewed sense of purpose and a way to continue serving others. Becoming an ambassador for the Memorial Valor Foundation provided an opportunity to turn that desire into meaningful action. Honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice, supporting the Gold Star and Surviving families they left behind and giving back to a community that has given so much are causes I am proud to support. While my role has changed, my commitment to service remains the same.”

“I’ve been blessed to be connected to the MVF by either participating or volunteering since the first annual match in 2018. After I lost friends during service, this foundation has allowed me to use my passion for a cause that is so much more than just raising money. Volunteering the last several years has allowed me to see just how much Gold Star and Surviving families are impacted by the work we do at the Foundation, which can be seen in the smiles on the faces of all the families who attend our events and the kind words they share with us. It’s my honor to be a part of this, to serve and give back to a community and families that have done so much for me, my family and our country.”

James Welker

Ambassador

“We have all lost someone close to us that we have Loved deeply. Gold Star families bear a profound burden, sacrificing in step with the lives of their fallen heroes, who gave everything in defense of our brothers & Sisters, our nation, our allies and to keep evil from reaching our shores. As we grieve for those lost and with those that have been left with us here on earth, we are called to Celebrate the lives of our fallen, care for and mentor their loved ones and support the veteran community in the unglamorous moments in life. Let your grief be an active, productive force to carry their spark forward by living life to the fullest in service and sacrifice. Isaiah 1:17 “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.” James D. Welker US Army Combat Veteran”
